Biologically active linkers to promote the cellular uptake of polymersomes


I did my bachelor in Chemistry and pursued my bachelor thesis in Bio-inorganic chemistry in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece (2007-2012).
Later I moved to Switzerland and continued my studies, obtained Master of Science in Chemistry form University of Geneva, Switzerland (2013-2015) with master thesis in Physical Chemistry with title“Electrical characterization of polydiacetylene PDA”.
Few months later (2016 – 2020), I joined W.Meier and C.Palivan groups for my PhD in University of Basel, Switzerland. PhD title: "Self assembling block copolymers: a versatile tool for creating functional 3D and planar membranes"
Currently, August 2020-present I work as postdoctoral researcher in Palivan Group on Biologically active linkers to promote the cellular uptake of polymersomes
